We understand that getting your media company up & running on a new software platform can be a daunting task. Even more so if your network includes digital assets. When you have trouble figuring it all out, our Client Services team is there to help. We can assist with system configuration and setup, data import, custom report development, and player issues. With a combined twenty-plus years of experience with the Ayuda Platform™ and the D/OOH industry in general, our Client Services Mentors are available to resolve any problem you throw at them.

Pilot Programs

Sometimes, there’s no substitute for getting your hands dirty playing with the software. If you want to test out the Ayuda Platform™ with a pilot program, our Client Services Mentors are available to consult with you on your pre-sales questions and help you get the most out of your installation. A successful pilot program, guided by our Client Services Mentors will ensure a smooth transition to the Ayuda Platform™.


Whether you’re a newcomer to the Ayuda Platform™, or one of our oldest customers, we offer a variety of training options. Training sessions can be delivered at the Ayuda campus in Montreal, on-premise at your offices, or even online via Webex. Every training session is tailored to the needs of the attendees, delivered by an experienced Client Services Mentor, and features extensive hands-on exercises with the Ayuda Platform™.
